Kenyan children have a love for sports! The most popular sport is probably football, but most kids just love anything that gets them running and jumping and has a competitive element. Join us on an extraordinary journey to transform the lives of children in city of Mombasa through the power of sports. As a sports volunteer, you’ll have the privilege of providing much-needed sports coaching to local communities, fostering physical fitness, teamwork, and communication skills.

You will also Collaborate in designing innovative sports classes, introducing new games, conducting fitness tests, and organizing competitions. Your enthusiasm and dedication will ignite the spark of sportsmanship among the children, fostering a sense of camaraderie and self-confidence. This sports coaching volunteer opportunity is more than just teaching sports; it’s about creating lasting memories, fostering teamwork, and empowering the next generation to embrace an active future.

A friendly face from our Base Team will be ready to meet you at the airport and drive you to our Volunteer Accommodation. Just look out for the Volunteer Safari Initiative sign!

SAFETY

Upon arrival, you'll receive a comprehensive induction to prepare you for project work, local culture, people, and wildlife. This orientation will also cover essential safety information.

Our Volunteer Safari Initiative base teams provide 24/7 support, ensuring you have an incredible and unforgettable experience in Africa.

When you’re ready to proceed with your booking, we’ll provide you with a booking form. A deposit will be needed at that point to secure your spot.

FROM $650 Per week

The weekly cost will reduce if you stay for longer than 2 weeks, book with a friend or a family member.
