VSI is dedicated to addressing the need to economically empower women and youth, recognizing the critical importance of uplifting these key societal groups by sustainably enhancing their access to resources and skills. We believe that empowering a woman equates to empowering a nation, and empowering youth means empowering the next generation. When economically supported, these groups can significantly contribute to alleviating poverty, improving health, and reducing vulnerability within their families and communities.

VSI adheres to a Participatory Approach, aiming to organize women and youth into groups and build their economic capacity to serve as vital change agents in their communities. We involve volunteers to share their knowledge and experience, further enhancing the skills and opportunities available to these groups. Additionally, we raise awareness among policymakers and society about their economic issues through media, dialogue, training workshops, and seminars. By actively challenging and engaging local leaders, we ensure they fulfill their responsibilities to economically support these groups and the most vulnerable members of their communities.
